Our office and shop are at 36 Ocean Avenue in Islip, so Suffolk County is home ground. From the South Shore communities near us to the North Shore and out to the East End, we visit homes for appraisals, buyouts and estate and tag sales.
Many Suffolk homes have basements, attics and garages that have collected decades of belongings, and those spaces are often where the most interesting finds turn up.

In Nassau, we work in everything from compact capes to large North Shore properties.
